CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. This program pairs trained volunteers with children in the foster care system, to speak on their behalf in the courtroom. These children's CASAs are all volunteers, who devote their time, energy, and heart to making sure whatever happens to the children is truly done in the best interest of the child.

The Tippecanoe County CASA office volunteers have served hundreds of children to date, but there are still children on a waiting list for a CASA. Billboard campaigns are effective in letting people know about the program and how to become a CASA. The last billboard campaign was successful in creating an increase in the numbers of volunteers for children. Tippecanoe CASA is planning another one -- and with your help, they can reach the ultimate goal of having no child on a waiting list.
